Hey guys! Long time no see!
I'm sorry I've been so inactive. I've been really busy now that I've graduated from school and started a full-time trainee ship (which at the moment I don't really like).

In my last journal, I said I was "revamping" my account. I tried. I really did. But the more I reread my old pieces, the less I liked them. Although there are some which I'm still very proud of! I just don't have the time to edit them all now.

So. What I've done is created a new account. :iconvaach:
I'll re-upload some of my older stuff. I'll be keeping this account, and I'll post scraps and WIPs.

Thank you so much for your support!

Lots of love,

REVAMP!

Again, I seem to have left my journal outdated. Sorry~

:bulletblue: As the journals title states, I'm going to be deleting a lot of stuff on my DA account. I went through it all just before and I'm really not liking some if it... Most of the photos will be taken down, but I'll leave the more popular ones.
And I plan on rewriting a lot of my short stories, too. (When I have time between work shifts).

:bulletgreen: In other news, NO MORE SCHOOL FOR ME, NO SIR! I graduated last month, and I feel confident about finishing my exams. I'll get my results on Dec 17th.
Also, I love Christmas time because I get more shifts (plus I got a pay rise :w00t: ) but MY GOD SOME PEOPLE CAN BE BITHCY!
Just a warning people, if you don't want to be stuck in line or have shelves with "not enough stock", THEN START SHOPPING EARLIER! ;) Friendly advice :P

:bulletred: I'm also open to trades, but they may take me a few days to get up.

Hope you're all well!!!

Woah. I haven't updated my journal in a while. Better fix that!

So I haven't exactly been uploading anything for a while, I apologize for that. I've been busy with school and upcoming exams.
I FINISH SCHOOL OFFICIALLY NEXT THURSDAY Then I have Year 12 Muck-Up Day and Graduation on the Friday! Then exams... but I'm feeling confident!
NO MORE SCHOOL FOR ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR! (I actually plan on going to University/Collage to study animals; I aim to become a Vet Nurse!)
What the hell am I going to do with all this new free time?! I won't know what to do with myself! School is all I've known for the past 13 years of my life. It's a little daunting to be leaving that life, and officially starting my own!
So hopefully I'll upload more work here for ya'll :) But I DO know I'm saving up for a car and going to America for a while!

In other news, I entered my schools writing competition and won my year levels division, as well as over the whole school! I entered my short story "Freedom" (fav.me/d4rg6rw) But I'd edited it just a bit :) Still! I'm really happy! I'm finally getting somewhere with my writing skills! I'll be getting my award on Presentation Night later in the year.

Also, (and I don't know why this isn't at the top of the journal) I WENT TO ARMAGEDDON!
Oh my GOD it was amazing!
I cosplayed as Tifa, from Final Fantasy VII (7).  I do have photos of the convention, but my camera decided to be pain the ass and blur every image I took. And I must say, the pure quality of the cosplayers was outstanding! Some were so brilliantly done that you would have just been standing there thinking, "Holy shit! I thought they were the real deal for a second!"
And I must thank my beautiful :iconsuperamazingusername: for getting the cosplay! You all have NO idea how much I love her and wearing that cosplay! I can't wait for the next convention to cosplay Tifa again!
AND OH MY GOD. YOU'D BETTER STRAP YOURSELVES IN FOR THIS NEXT BIT OF INFORMATION!
ARE YOU READY? TOO BAD. KEEP READING.

I got to meet Johnny Yong Bosch! He was at Armageddon signing autographs! I was lucky enough (not to mention patient enough - I waited in line for 2 hours!) to get him to sign my Collectors Edition 1st Manga of Bleach, as well as a poster. I even bought his latest album, "Tone of Echos"! And check this! The entire banded signed the album! Needless to say it was a good day. The only downer was that I missed out on getting a photo with him. Time didn't allow it, what with me having to leave to catch the train to get home... Next time!
> If anyone knows anyone going to Supernova next year and they want to cosplay as someone from Final Fantasy, let me know! I'd love to meet up with them!

I'm sure there was more I wanted to say... But I can't think of it at the moment... Johnny's voice is distracting me :P (I'm listing to the album as I'm writing this. Don't judge me :P )

Hoping everyone is well!

I missed out on Supanova this year :(  I didn't realize how close it was and didn't put in to have work off... BUT! I got in early and I'm going to Armageddon, baby! WOOOOH! My dearest :iconsuperamazingusername: bought me a Tifa Lockheart cosplay for my 18th and to wear to Armageddon! God I love that girl so much! I also plan on wearing the cosplay for my 18th, which will be themed "Anime" 'cause I'm awesome like that~

I've been back home from Japan for about a month now? Maybe a little longer... GOD I MISS THAT PLACE! I swear, I had the most amazing Host Family! They bent over backwards for me! My host mother wouldn't let me do anything! She wouldn't let me set or clear the table, help with cooking or the dished, nothing! She said that I was a guest and that I should enjoy my stay by not worrying about "chores". I felt bad... My host sisters were so cute! They were all younger than me, the oldest of them being 14, youngest aged 5; and I'm nearing 18! But despite our age differences and the fact that we had NO idea what each other was saying, we were able to get along really well!
Everything was just amazing! Japan was so clean! You know how Australia has like one per eating place where all the scraps go in? Well, in Japan, they have like 6 bins! Each for something different! They're all about recycling and respect! Oh my God the respect! Japan doesn't have any foul language! They have formal and casual, but no foul. It was really upsetting to come back to Australia and have everyone swearing at each other like it was nothing.
Anyways, I have loads of photos, and I'll upload a few of them. Most of  them are of me in armor and kimonos :D
I'd move back to Japan in a heart beat!

Uh, what else is there?
Oh yeah. I did pretty well in my Mid-Year Exams! Actually did better than I thought! :D Hopefully I can keep it up for the End Of Year Exams... I'm exhausted with all this revision and studying. Thank God I only have 7 weeks left of it!

I feel really bad for not uploading anything in a while... I've had a MAJOR writers block. I tried writing other things to help me, but they turned out pretty badly so I scrapped them. I'm trying guys. If you have any ideas or whatever, let me know! Please and thank you!

Japan so far!

2 min read
If anyone bothered to read my last journal, they`d know I was in Japan! And I wasn`t joking!
I`m here right now, in my Host Family`s house! The trip so far has been amazing!

I`ve been to temples, worn kimonos and learned traditional dances, worn traditional battle armour, atteneded school, and so much more!

The temples were absolutely beautiful. There`s no other way to describe them! I have lots of photos of everything, which I`ll upload when I get back home on the 13th.

The school life here is VERY different! The school uniforms are exactly like you see in the animes, only all the skirts go below the knees. They`re very cute! And they don`t have recess!
They start school at 8.10, and have periods 1 to 4, have lunch, which is provided by the school, then they clean the school for 20 minutes, then have periods 5 and 6. Then they either go home or attend after school clubs like Kendo, Track and Field or base ball.

And it`s all about respect. You do NOT wear shoes in the house, or in any building, for that matter, unless its a shopping center.

It`s hot and humid here, and rains practially every day. The exact opposite as to what it is in my home country, Australia.

I miss all my friends and family, but I`m having an absolute blast!

Just thought I`d briefly let you know what I was doing seeing as I`ve been inactive for a while and some of you people may have thought I was dead :P

I`ll submit another full journal clearly explain my trip and upload photos.

Ogenki de, mina-san!
(Take care, everyone!)
